Hanuman Mantra to Release the Neck and Throat

This Hanuman Mantra dissolves the blocks to prana’s fullest expansion. Prana means “to bring forth the eternal cosmic vibration.” “Hanuman is the conscious prana that is the foremost servant of the divine self and the evolving Ego-Mind-Personality.” (Thomas Ashley-Farrand, Chakra Mantras. https://amzn.to/3f9vsI4) As we chant this mantra 108 times today, we are proclaiming that the light of the eternal cosmic vibration is victorious of the darkness.
The throat chakra, Vishuddha (meaning purity), is the energy center of communication, our greater truth, and following our spiritual paths. As we experience greater tension in our necks and shoulders due to sitting in front of computers all day, we are shutting down our connections to truth and our spirituality. Nothing eclipses our spirituality like the light and electrical interference of technology. The irony that we are using this same technology to impart this information via practice is not lost on me.
