So..this Bhajan is NOT an original composition.
There are many bhajans which have existed for so long that no one really knows who composed it. I’ve tried really hard to find out who composed this simple, yet beautiful bhajan. I haven’t had any luck so far. But if any of you watching know the composer, PLEASE do let me know so that I can credit him/her in the description!
A BIG thank you to Omi Chechi, A.K.A Omprabha Sajid for lending her voice to this recording. I fell in love with this tune listening to her sing! Even though she is not a ‘professional’ singer, she sings this song (and many other songs!) with much simplicity and innocence.
