About Antarnaad Event of The Art of Living:

Held on 21st February 2011, Antarnaad entered the Guinness Book of World Records for the largest recorded dhol ensemble of 2,500 warkaris and 1,356 traditional drummers from the Dhangar community.

They performed the region’s cultural arts at Shivaji University Ground, Kolhapur, Maharashtra. The concert took place on a magnificent one-acre stage dazzling with lights. Sculptures from various temples and replicas of Mahalaxmi, Jyotibha and Vitthal adorned the stage. Noted devotional singers Ajit Kadkade, Balasaheb Waikar and Tukaram Powar sang abhangs and bhajans, in which they were joined by the warkaris.
